Returns & Repair:

We want you to love your jewelry, so we'll do (almost) whatever it takes to make sure that happens! Returns are always accepted within 7 days for a full refund and within 30 days for merchandise credit. Exchanges and repairs will be considered on a case-to-case basis. We're happy to restring once free of charge, after that there will be a modest restringing fee, the charge will depend on the item.

Shipping:

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your item sooner, please contact us to discuss other shipping options.

We are happy to include insurance for an additional charge.
